Our Lettings team have won the top award once again for Lettings at the annual Best Estate Agent Guide Awards.

Rated ‘Exceptional’, this acknowledges our Lettings offices as among the top 5% of estate agent branches in the country, providing ‘an outstanding level of service and care towards prospective clients’.

2. How long it takes us to let a property

Rightmove independently assesses this too. Analysts review how quickly the properties we list have been successfully let out over the last six months. This means that from the moment your rental property appears on Rightmove to the moment it’s marked as ‘LET’, is faster than 95% of all 25,000+ estate agent branches around the UK.

Fortunately, according to mystery shops undertaken by Property Academy – where they secretly tested our team by posing as potential customers via email and phone – our customer experience is exceptional. We were tested on our expertise, manner, approachability, and professionalism – and we’re proud to say our Lettings teams passed with flying colours.
