About Darren

Branch Manager

‘I started my estate agency career in 1998, working my way up from a Junior Negotiator to Branch Manager. During my career I have worked predominantly in Worthing, but have also experienced working in Shoreham, Littlehampton and even West London markets! I have worked for a few different agents in the past and am extremely pleased to have now established myself at Michael Jones & Company where I have been now for some time. I have two sons and two step-daughters who I enjoy spending as much time as possible with. In my spare time I enjoy playing football, swimming, running, snowboarding and playing the guitar.’

About Goring

Goring-by-Sea is a borough of Worthing, West Sussex. We have an excellent range of local shopping facilities and restaurants as well as a superb beach which is popular for windsurfing and kite surfing.

There are also seafront cafes, a yacht club and Goring Greensward which is ideal for picnics, ball games and barbecues or just sitting and relaxing, watching the world go by.

Goring-by-Sea is also home to the English Martyrs Catholic Church which features the only known reproduction of the Sistine Chapel Ceiling in the world. The work was started by Gary Bevans, a sign writer parishioner with no formal training in 1987 after a parish pilgrimage to Rome.

The Goring-by-Sea railway station is also thought to have been the inspiration for the name of the character, Lord Goring, in Oscar Wilde’s play ‘An Ideal Husband’, as he lived in Worthing during the late 1800’s.

Wouldn't use another estate agent. Purchased my home from them & now 14 years later sold my home with… More them. Professional and always straight to the point. Cant fault them. Pop into see them as it was never to much for them to make a coffee & biscuits however busy they where.

The Michael Jones team at George V Avenue are phenomenal. I have bought and sold numerous properties… More through this office over the years, including transactions this month, and they always go above and beyond to ensure that the client is 100% satisfied. They are thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, pro-active and above all.....they are genuinely nice people. It’s always a pleasure doing business with this great team at George V Avenue!
