Rustington village is found on the West Sussex coast halfway between Chichester and Brighton. Running along the north of Rustington, the A259 provides links to Gatwick (M23), London (M25) and Southampton (M27).

There is a good selection of local schools and transport links are good with nearby Angmering railway station plus direct links to Brighton and Portsmouth via the 700 Coastliner bus.
