Rustington village is situated centrally on the West Sussex coast midway between Chichester and Brighton. The A259 runs along the north of Rustington and provides links to Gatwick (M23), London (M25) and Southampton (M27).

The town offers a good selection of local schools and has good transport links sharing Angmering railway station with Angmering and East Preston and direct links to Brighton and Portsmouth via the 700 Coastliner bus.
