Worthing is where it all started for us in 1991 when we opened our first office on Chatsworth Road. Fast forward almost 26 years and we opened the doors to our new flagship head office in the heart of Worthing town centre on Chapel Road in January 2017 which houses our residential sales, lettings, new homes, land & development, commercial and property management teams over three floors. We consider ourselves very lucky to still be operating in a town centre that we are so passionate about and our recent move demonstrates our commitment to the Worthing community and our clients’ feedback of wanting to see all of our services under one roof.

About Worthing

Worthing is the largest town in West Sussex nestled between an award winning beach and the glorious South Downs National Park. It is a vibrant town with lots to offer in the way of shopping, dining and entertainment whilst still retaining its classic seaside town charm. Worthing has five miles of palm tree lined promenade which has been through a period of regeneration and the superb art deco pier which offers amusements and seaside cafés to relax and enjoy the view.

The town centre offers a wide range of shops including all the favourite high street brands, department stores, boutiques and independent retailers. Once you have worked up an appetite, you can eat at one of Worthing’s many cafes and restaurants where you will find a wide selection of food from the freshest fish of the daily catch on the beach to a variety of world foods.

Worthing’s three theatres and the Dome cinema offer a wide selection of entertainment to suit everyone and the award winning Splashpoint pool complex offers lots of fun for the whole family. If it’s adrenaline that you want, there is a massive range of watersports available but if you prefer a more sedate activity, you can explore the surrounding towns and countryside on foot or by bike, whatever your ability.

    This is not about Michael Jones but one of their employee, Rob Stewards . Shout out you man and well done for the great service . Much appreciated. Keep it up . Rob was in charge of sorting thing out between my last landlord and myself … More at the end of the tenancy and helping return my deposit . For everyone renting , you know how it is always trying to get that money back. The landlords are always trying to make up stories in order to hold a chunk of your money . I cannot thank Rob enough for his outstanding wisdom in helping us to reach an agreement and avoiding dispute resolution . Although in the middle of the case , Rob went on holiday and things were not resolved as one of his colleague or rather manager tried . And my gut feeling was surely , Rob will get it sorted after his holiday and I was right . He got a compromise in no time .Many thanks Rob . God bless you and keep up the good work .

    I approached Michael Jones, letting Agents, ( amongst many services on offer), in order to locate and occupy a rental property for 6 months for two adults and a small dog.It was’nt easy finding accommodation for my dog....After a couple … More of dead ends, I found and made my interest known to Michael Jones.From that point on, the process , whilst tricky for someone who had not rented before, was made easier and concluded by several team members of the agents. All of the solved problems were caused by my lack of understanding, but sorted by the letting agents.Special mention to Lisa , Of the progression Section, who steered me through several difficulties, and delivered the property for me , and in time....She was, I know, working until very late at night to ensure the transaction went smoothly.I would recommend Michael Jones, if you are looking for temporary accommodation, they are professional and capable agents.My thanks to all involved.Arthur Russell
