Renting process

Find your perfect property

There is a lot of competition for available rental properties in the current market, but once you've applied to rent with us, we will email available properties that match your search criteria straight to your inbox.

Deposit and Referencing

Once you've found the property you love, we'll take a holding deposit from you for the property as well as references. Our team will keep you updated at each stage of the process, to make sure the move is as easy and efficient as possible.

Paperwork

Our teams will collate all of the paperwork required to get you moved in. We'll work with you, and the landlord to make sure you are both 100% compliant, your references are checked and you're ready to move in.

Move-in

This is the exciting part where you will head to your local Michael Jones branch to collect your keys and move into your new home. Our service doesn't stop here though, we'll be on hand throughout your time in the property to provide you with the support you need.
