360° Virtual Property Tours
Our innovative virtual tours are a standard part of our marketing service. Using the 3D image platform Matterport, we create an accurate virtual tour of your property so potential tenants can ‘walk through’ it before they book a viewing.
Property listings with virtual tours attract a significant number of applicants than those without virtual tours – and importantly, those applicants tend to be more serious about committing to a rental property. A larger pool of high-quality applicants means you’re very likely to attract tenants who will look after your property, thus reducing the risk of damage.
Our available properties are advertised on the three largest UK property portals; Rightmove, Zoopla, and Prime Location, reaching millions of prospective clients each day as well as being showcased on our interactive website.
Social media also plays a huge part in our marketing. It’s a great way to advertise up-and-coming properties before they go live on the market, and it also helps us engage with both existing and potential landlords and tenants. You can find us on Facebook, and LinkedIn.
We advertise in our office window displays and aim to get a ‘To Let’ board at every market property we market. Offline methods like this are just as crucial as online methods, as they ensure that those without internet access can still see our available properties.
Tailored property management services
We can tailor our services according to how involved you would like to be in the letting and property management process.
Sometimes, more experienced landlords only need our help in securing tenants for them and prefer to manage the tenancies themselves, while other clients prefer to make use of our Full Management service, which considerably reduces their day-to-day involvement. And if you already have access to a range of tradesmen but still want some assistance in looking after your investment, you may find that our Rent Collection service is perfect for you.
