Andrea’s Bayside Moving Story – I’m In!

Our lovely customer Andrea moved into her new home at Bayside Apartments and is really enjoying the holiday vibe her new property is providing. We caught up with her to find out a little more.

Andrea explained, “Anyone who comes to visit never wants to leave! Living here makes you feel like you are forever on holiday. It is relaxing and peaceful, exactly what I need after a long day working.”

Andrea moved across town from Tarring to her new luxurious home on the seafront. She said, “I used to live in Tarring, but a change of circumstances meant I needed to move. I started to look around and came across the new development at Bayside and knew it was the place for me. Who wouldn’t want to live on the beach and in town?”

Our dedicated and friendly team were able to help Andrea with her purchase, taking away any stresses and concerns she had, especially during the recent challenging times.

Andrea told us, “I had never brought off-plan before. It was slightly unnerving as I only got to view the apartment after I had exchanged, but I knew what to expect and what I was buying because the description was very clear. Although I must say that the description undersold the view – it is even better than I thought!”

These stunning new apartments have built an excellent reputation for offering the very best of coastal living and luxury accommodation. This was one of the motivations for Andrea to buy and create new memories at Bayside.

She said, “There were three main things that drew me to Bayside. The developer’s reputation, the location, and style of the build and facilities. It is a safe and secure development, and everyone is always smiling. Why wouldn’t you want to live here?”

We couldn’t agree more! It was really lovely to speak to Andrea again and we hope that she will be very happy in her new home.
