Bayside Buyers Moving Story – Phil and Sandy

When Phil and his wife Sandy first heard about Bayside Apartments in the Worthing Herald, they were eager to find out more about the development and properties on offer. The newspaper article outlined the brand new £45million plans set to rejuvenate the dilapidated Aquerena swimming pool with the construction of 141 new homes along with a seafront café. This prompted the couple to email the local Council to express what a wonderful idea it was and to show their support for the transformation of this popular location.

Phil and Sandy live locally and have been eagerly watching the progress of the development so far. It has been a particularly exciting time for the project now that the structure is rapidly rising. Very soon the striking design will begin to take shape and Phil and Sandy will be able to imagine what life will be like when they get the keys to their new home next year. They will be upsizing from their current property and chose Bayside because of the prestige of the development itself and the unparalleled location. They knew from experience that multiple award winning Roffey build exceptional quality homes and were inspired by the unique and outstanding position – right on Worthing’s beachfront promenade. As current owners of a Roffey home purchased through Symonds and Reading, the couple know first-hand the exceptional design and quality they can expect.

Phil said: “All Roffey staff are very helpful and first class. The workers are really lovely and they know all the answers to any questions and we walk past the development most days. Our existing Roffey home is excellent and we have been very happy here – we love our home!”

Sandy and Phil have so much more to look forward to once their new apartment is complete. Whether it’s long beach walks as the sun sets on the horizon, a dip in the luxury on-site residents pool or a coffee in the new promenade café, they will be sure to make the most of all that’s on offer at Bayside.
