Creating Happy Customers is Part of Our DNA

From the moment we opened our doors on 13th May 1991, it’s been our mission to help people find properties they’ll love. It’s also been to build lasting relationships with our customers – relationships built on trust.

We know that every property move is a big milestone in your life. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, down-sizer, looking for your first together-home or searching for your forever home, we’re excited to be on that journey with you.

And because we know how important this milestone is to you, we make sure the process is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

But this blog isn’t about us. It’s about you.

We’d like to say a huge heartfelt thank you for the past thirty years.

Because without you, there would be no us.

Without the wonderful Mr and Mrs Tupper, who have bought and sold properties with us for the past 23 years – and whose daughter also chooses us for her property needs – we wouldn’t be here.

Without first-time buyers, Jared and Dana, who had been saving hard to afford to buy their first home together – we wouldn’t be here.

Without lovely landlord Katherine, who has trusted us to help her manage her portfolio of properties for the last twenty years – we wouldn’t be here.

Founder and Group CEO, Michael Jones, said:

“We’re a family-run business, where you, our customers, are at the heart of everything we do. Helping people find a place to call home is one of the reasons I started this business thirty years ago.

“Although we’ve grown over the past three decades, we’ve never lost sight of our values. We’ll always offer a first-class service and be a property agent that people can rely on for years to come.”

James Catlin, Lettings Manager at our Worthing branch, said:

““Making sure our customers are happy is part of our DNA. Because we know how much renting a property or moving out for the first time means to our customers, we promise to offer the best service possible to make sure everything goes smoothly.”

We love it when our happy customers take the time to leave lovely feedback. In fact, 95% of our customers rate our service as excellent or outstanding.

So this year, during our 30th anniversary, we want to give something extra back to our communities by supporting the organisations that mean the most to you.

Care for Veterans, AudioActive and Wadars Animal Rescue, are our three charity partners for this year. Make sure you follow us on social media and use the hashtag #MJ30 to see what we’re up to and join the fun!

Wherever your property journey has taken you, we can guide you the rest of the way. So, if you’re interested in finding out how we can help you buy or sell your property, please get in touch with our team by finding your local office.

Lisa, Lucy, Becki, Elise and Harry have all been … More so soooo helpful and accommodating in finding us our perfect home. It was all processed quickly and smoothly and Lisa, Lucy and Becki worked hard to make it all happen for us. Thank you so much for all your amazing help! You’re the best!

I bought my property and rented it out through Michael Jones, all in the space of a few months whilst living abroad, so I was extremely reliant on consistent communication via email or phone calls. The service was amazing from all of the … More team that I dealt with, who clearly communicated with each other and understood my needs. Very professional, extremely competent and come highly recommended. Thank you all so much, but my special thanks goes to George Waring and Harry Moreland for all of their help and patience.
