Further Expansion Of Our Lettings Department Revealed

Following on from four recent successful acquisitions, we are delighted to have appointed Mark Howell as Group Lettings Manager to assist with our letting’s expansion and future growth plans. By having Mark join the team it means we can focus on further innovation within our service offerings and delivery, as well as look to organically grow the business.

Under Marks leadership, the team will be reviewing our whole Lettings offering and paying close attention to detail to ensure we are meeting our customer’s needs and exceeding expectations where possible; as this will be key to ensuring we maintain and grow our market position. New and challenging KPI’s and targets are already in place for the Lettings team, growing on the success of 2019 as they achieved their initial target of 2,000 fully managed properties.

Plus, with a fast-growing market in and around Rustington we are excited to be expanding our current residential sales offering and opening up a dedicated Lettings office out of our office on Broadmark Parade, Rustington.

Formerly with Knight Frank, Mark brings with him a wealth of experience and is relishing his new role. He will be based primarily in the Worthing office, but will be working closely with the rest of the Lettings team developing and further strengthening their ambitious growth strategy. He is also joined by existing Michael Jones team member James Catlin, who has taken on the current vacant role of Worthing Office Lettings Manager, bringing years of experience and renewed enthusiasm to the role.
