Huge congratulations to our Broadwater office after scooping national award
Our Broadwater branch is celebrating, after being recognised as one of the top performing estate and lettings agent offices in the country and awarded the ‘Highly Rated Sales’ award at the prestigious ‘Best Estate Agent Guide’ awards in London.
The Best Estate Agent Guide highlighted the top estate and letting agent branches throughout the UK as assessed by The Property Academy, who based their findings on a combination of agents’ performance and customer service.
Working with unrivalled data from their principal partner, Rightmove they assessed over 25,000 estate agency sales and lettings branches including 3 million sales and lettings transactions, 50 million leads and 3 billion property views. The Property Academy also carried out the biggest mystery shopping exercise ever undertaken with over 30,000 sets of consumer interactions analysed.
By drilling down to this level of detail and analysing by location, it meant they could truly identify those estate agents that performed the best and delivered the most positive customer experience.
Peter Hassell, Broadwater Branch Manager said: “We are delighted to have received this award, especially as it acknowledges our own performance as well as the excellent service we provide to our customers. We’d like to thank all our customers who took part and shared their satisfaction of our service with the nation.
We are immensely proud and this will only motivate me and the rest of the team to continue providing the best possible service and expertise we can to all of our customers.”
Managing Director, Mike Jones added: “Michael Jones are one of the leading and most respected, independently owned Estate and Letting Agents in West Sussex and we pride ourselves on building great relationships with our customers to really understand their requirements and exceed their expectations. I’m delighted that our Broadwater branch has been recognised as one of the top performing branches in the country – it is a huge honour.”
