With zoom meetings becoming the new norm and many of us working from home, physical meetings are less essential and can sometimes feel unnecessary with our new way of working.

Virtual tours act as a permanent open house and provide flexibility to potential clients who can access the tours 24/7, anytime and from anywhere entirely at their own convenience. With many potential sellers and landlords understandably wary of having an estate agent physically visit their property, we have introduced a virtual valuation. A safe alternative to face-to-face valuations, allowing you to gain a professional market appraisal of your property remotely. Our valuations are free of charge with no obligation to sell with us once you have received your property appraisal.

How do I book one?
- Once you have requested a virtual valuation, one of our friendly team members will set up a video consultation with you at your convenience.
- During the meeting, our team will virtually walk through your property with you before discussing your property and proposed valuation at the end of the tour.
- We will continue to offer the same high-quality feedback provided at a physical valuation, sharing our screen with you, and presenting you with a personalised step by step valuation guide.
- This will include an insight into the local property market derived from our expert knowledge of your local area, as well as what can offer you, should you choose to sell or let your property with us.
