Michael Jones Commercial Team secures 6,500 sq. ft office letting at Bayside in Worthing
We are delighted to announce that the highly anticipated brand new Bayside Commercial development on Worthing seafront has been leased to ‘ECE’, the largest Architecture and Town Planning practice in Sussex.
As part of the award-winning company’s ongoing expansion plans and its commitment to staff and growing client-base, ECE have signed a 10-year lease and will move from its current location in Goring-by-Sea to the new, state-of-the-art 6,500 sq. ft office space in Worthing, cementing its reputation as the largest practice in the county.

The mixed use development, which ECE were planning consultants on, will complete in Spring 2021 and ECE’s move completed in Autumn 2021 with approximately 70 staff moving over from their current office location. The new business space being built right now – a pretty rare find in Worthing – occupies the ground floor commercial space on the north side of Bayside Horizon.
Roffey Homes Managing Director, Ben Cheal, always wanted the commercial space to be occupied by a creative, forward looking business at this important entry point into the town and believes that the decision by ECE to move into the gateway development will reap benefits for ECE and the town.
