That means the depth of information we provide – including accurate property descriptions, quality photography, video and 360° tours – and our expertise in the positioning of price in the market, make a big difference to you as a landlord or tenant.

2. How long it takes us to let a property
Rightmove independently assesses this too. Analysts review how quickly the properties we list have been successfully let out over the last six months. This means that from the moment your rental property appears on Rightmove, to the moment it’s marked as ‘LET’, is faster than 95% of all 25,000+ estate agent branches around the UK.
