Richard and Karen’s Bayside Moving Story – We’re In!

Our customers Richard and Karen downsized from their four-bedroom house in Austen Gate and are loving life in their new luxury apartment at Bayside Apartments. We caught up with them to see how they’re setting in.

Richard and Karen told us, “We were looking to downsize and wanted for something a little more appropriate, and now we’re in, our new apartment is just WOW.

We couldn’t wait to move in! Living here, seeing it, and getting to use the facilities totally beats parking along the street and walking down with a bag of chips to see how the building work was coming along.

The development is a fantastic looking property with great facilities. Facilities that are only going to get better once they’re all completed, but what a great start!”

Richard and Karen, like other Bayside residents, have exclusive access to the private heated pool, spa and fitness suite. Soon, they will also be able to dine at the new Bayside Social restaurant, run by 2018 Masterchef winner, Kenny Tutt.

Looking forward to meeting new neighbours, Richard said, “We can really feel a community building up here, and this just adds even more to the great feeling of living here.”

The couple had never bought off-plan before, but our Head of New Homes, Max Harbon, seamlessly guided them through the process.

Karen said, “Buying off-plan was a first for us. It was a real leap of faith, to be honest. But we have always felt like we were in a safe pair of hands with Michael Jones, and especially Max.

They kept us well updated with the progress and were very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed, including our customisation choices for our new home.”

The couple are delighted to be in their new home and finished by saying, “We love our apartment; it is everything we hoped for. It’s so lovely to open the balcony doors and hear the waves lapping up on the beach.”

It’s been a pleasure to get to know Richard and Karen over the past few years, and we hope they will be extremely happy in their new home.
