Mike Jones, Director and Founder of Michael Jones Estate Agents, opened his first office in 1991 in Worthing town centre. Regardless of having very little market and business experience, a small team of two, and not even a computer (everything was recorded in paper format), they were determined, excited, and ready to provide a service that was missing in the local areas.

Fast forward 30 years and the Michael Jones team now comprises over 80 employees of the top local property experts, as well as many fresh-faced trainee property agents. The mixture of new energy and ideas and drawing on decades of experience and industry knowledge help make Michael Jones one of the leading estate agents in West Sussex.

Our tight-knit team are like family

We’re extremely proud to have many of our team stay with us – and who wouldn’t want to keep hold of the best talent in town? Our longest-serving team member, Emma Isaac, was Mike’s very first employee (persuaded Mike to buy his first computer) and is now one of our Company Directors.

We also continually welcome new talent into the business. We’re believers in moving with the times (pun intended) and relishing in the dynamism and creative ideas our new employees bring to the table.
