    This is not about Michael Jones but one of their employee, Rob Stewards . Shout out you man and well done for the great service . Much appreciated. Keep it up . Rob was in charge of sorting thing out between my last landlord and myself … More at the end of the tenancy and helping return my deposit . For everyone renting , you know how it is always trying to get that money back. The landlords are always trying to make up stories in order to hold a chunk of your money . I cannot thank Rob enough for his outstanding wisdom in helping us to reach an agreement and avoiding dispute resolution . Although in the middle of the case , Rob went on holiday and things were not resolved as one of his colleague or rather manager tried .     I approached Michael Jones, letting Agents, ( amongst many services on offer), in order to locate and occupy a rental property for 6 months for two adults and a small dog.It was’nt easy finding accommodation for my dog....After a couple … More of dead ends, I found and made my interest known to Michael Jones.From that point on, the process , whilst tricky for someone who had not rented before, was made easier and concluded by several team members of the agents.
