Equally, we will discuss with you all of the landlord’s legal responsibilities for both you and the property so that you know what to expect.

We will keep your deposit safe It is now a legal requirement for landlords to put their tenants deposit into a government approved deposit protection scheme. Tenancy deposit protection (TDP) schemes guarantee that tenants will get their deposits back at the end of their tenancy, providing that they’ve met the terms of their tenancy agreement.

We will be there to guide you Our experienced and friendly teams of ARLA (The Associations of Residential Lettings Agents) registered lettings experts will be there to help and advise you throughout the process of finding and moving into a new rental home. How to report a Maintenance issue

For maintenance issues, you can call our lettings teams on Worthing: 01903 215 631 or Lancing: 01903 756 688 during office hours.

Opening times:

Alternatively, you can click on the below link to access our online, picture based maintenance reporting system where you can report repairs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using your PC, mobile or tablet. If the problem is simple and can be fixed by yourself, you will receive online guidance to get it solved quickly. If not, a member of our maintenance team will be in touch the next working day to arrange the necessary actions to solve the problem that you are experiencing.
