Celebrating Worthing’s largest Estate Agents new flagship office
Opening on 30th December 2016, Michael Jones Estate Agents will open our new flagship office in Worthing which will house every service under one roof, offering customers a modern, dynamic and convenient one-stop, efficient property experience.
Originally a Martin and Co. bank, the three-storey building on Chapel Road was bought and operated by the Halifax bank for many years before we purchased the building in 2008. After waiting for eight years, 2016 not only saw us celebrate our quarter-century anniversary in business, but also became the year when all levels of the property were available to inhabit and redesign within Chapelworth House.
Our Managing Director Mike Jones said: “Our customers told us they wanted our services all under one roof and we listened. We understand how much more convenient this will be for them and we want to achieve a superb working space for both clients and staff. Having all the disciplines under one roof will also give us room to grow over the next 25 years.”
Once the building work and stunning refurbishment is complete, the 4500ft2 building will include a property showroom, a coffee shop for clients, two meeting rooms, and training facilities. The disciplines include residential sales, lettings, new homes, land and development, commercial, property management, accounts and staff training facilities. As well as Worthing, we have five offices across West Sussex, including Broadwater, Findon Valley, Goring, Lancing and Rustington.
