[Guide] New Instant Property Valuation Tool
We’ve launched a new instant property valuation tool!
If you’re thinking of selling or renting your property and would like to find out how much it is worth, you can now do so within a few seconds!
Go to: valuation.michaeljones.co.uk in your internet browser (on desktop or mobile).
Fill out your address, property details and the type of valuation you require and click/tap SUBMIT.
Note: We can provide you with a valuation for the sale of your property and the rental value.
After submitting, the next page will ask for basic contact details.
Fill out your details, providing any additional contact information if required (otherwise leave blank). Answer the simple math sum (this makes sure you’re genuine) and click/tap GET MY VALUATION.
Wait a few moments and you will be directed to your result!
Scroll down and you will see your results, including your sales valuation and lettings valuation.
You will be provided with an estimated ‘minimum’, a ‘maximum’ and an ‘average’ valuation.
Remember: This instant valuation tool provides you with a useful estimation based on property sales and letting data we know about your area and property type.
Every property is unique, so we highly recommend booking either a virtual or face-to-face valuation (safely in accordance with social distancing guidance) for an accurate figure. You can notify us of your wish to do this by using the quick date / time selection form at the top of the page.
Improve the accuracy of your online valuation by uploading up to 10 photos of your property (maximum size of photograph is 1MB).
Simply click/tap on each + symbol and browse your computer to choose which photos to upload. We recommend adding any recent renovations and taking a variety of photos of different rooms, unique features and exteriors spaces.
When you’ve added your photos, click/tap UPLOAD and one of our Michael Jones team will be in touch to provide you a more tailored valuation that matches the uniqueness of your property.
